BENGTSSON II., Stellan (SWE)
Born: 26/07/1952 in Falkenberg/SWE
The first Swede and the first left hander to win the Men’s Singles title at a World Championships when he succeeded at Nagoya in 1971. He was born in Falkenberg and started to play table tennis when eight years old. An early influence on his early career was a player of the same name, Stellan Bengtsson.
